The agreed scope may include drawing-based quantities and material, labor and equipment pricing. Your quote defines the trades, drawing revisions, file formats, assumptions and exclusions. A quantity-only takeoff does not include pricing unless it is requested.
What plans should I send for a quote?
Send current plans, specifications, schedules and addenda, the project location, the trades you need and your bid deadline. Flag incomplete documents and alternates. You can submit the enquiry first if the plan link is not ready.
How long does estimating take?
The delivery date is confirmed after reviewing the drawing set and requested scope. Tell us your deadline so availability, revision needs and any rush request can be considered.
Do you estimate civil sitework and building trades?
Review the sitework, earthwork, excavation and underground utility pages for civil packages. Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, concrete and other building trade scopes are also listed. Confirm your specific package in the quote.
How are quantities and pricing checked?
